A training course for the ENEA staff (Antonella Testa, Clarice Patrono and Valentina Palma) on the advanced image analysis and automatic scoring system for dicentrics and micronuclei “Metafer 4” was held by the experts of MetaSystems s.r.l. Enea Liguori and Davide Di Martino from 4 to 8 October 2021.
The training session covered the following topics:
- Management software “Neon”
- Use of Software “Metafer”
- Use of “MNScore” Module for search and scoring of micronuclei
- Use of Module for search and scoring of dicentrics
- Webinar entitled “Automated scanning system for microscopy samples” on Metafer applications in automated fluorescence microscopy in ecotoxicology and mutagenesis.
